Following my talk at the Skellig Star Party in August, I spent a few days in West Cork, where I had a clear night. I went to one of my scouted spots to try a setting Milky Way shot, but the composition wasn't going to work as the Milky Way would have been just a bit too obscured by a hill. So I changed up my location and went back to Three Castle Head. I had problems getting a good photo here on a previous shoot, but this time I found a little rock ledge on the side of the hill which allowed a view of the Castle, Lake, Cliffs and Ocean. Here are two different versions of photos taken that night. Both will be available in the shop in the new few days.
