Kilfarrasy Beach Copper Coast Waterford

I had scouted the Copper Coast last Summer, and there are plenty of great spots for a night shoot. This was to be the last possible night of the season for a Milky Way shot. On the last Saturday of September, I headed down to the beach, unsure if the tide which was fully in would be a problem. It worked out very well. The water was only 6 feet from the tripod, but it stayed back just long enough for me to get the foreground shot during the Blue hour, and 24mins of tracked and stacked sky shots completed. This picture blended relatively easily, and the beach stacks and rocks up close really make the image.
