I m delighted to announce that my Crater Lake Panoramic shot is shortlisted in the Skyscapes category in the Astronomy Photographer Of The Year 2022 at the Royal Observatory Greenwich London. This is my 7th time being short listed, having previously won three Awards. The ceremony is being streamed live next week. You can watch at the following link
The Crater Lake Panoramic is a blend of a row of Foreground shots stitched together while the Moon was illuminating the scene, then later after the Moon set, a set of Sky exposed shots were stitched together. The sky and foreground panoramics were then blended together to give the final image.
